Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking an appointment to make sure we can give your vehicle the time it deserves. That said, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Give us a call at (425) 869-2419 and we'll let you know right away.
How long will my service take?
Most oil changes and routine maintenance are completed same-day, often within a few hours. Diagnostic work and larger repairs vary depending on the issue, we'll always give you a time estimate before we start.
Will you tell me if a repair isn't urgent?
Yes. Every estimate separates what needs immediate attention from what can wait. We'll never pressure you into work your vehicle doesn't need yet.
